Technical specifications:
Programmed tools with HC (integral tungsten carbide) inserts or diamond inserts, 2 mm thikcness, replaceable and sharpenable. The bodies are made of great resistance steel and are programmed between them both in height and in diameter, giving the possibility to set the machine only once time.
Possibility of realization up to three gaskets, increase of the wing thickness unchanged the frame thickness and on the contrary, standard DIN 68121 drip or aluminium drip, thermic and acoustic gasket on frames or wings, possibility of folding wing, condensate relase and aeration groove, option metal-fitting hideway, make one window frame perfect and versatile.
Assembly in counterprofile and pinning of the woods. Minimum diameter of the tools is 100 mm.
